Refund policy

Eclectic Aisle Boutique offers a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at eclecticaisleboutique@gmail.com. In your email please include the name of the item you're returning, the reason for returning the item, and a copy of your original order confirmation. Once we receive your email, we will accept or reject the return.

If your return is accepted, Eclectic Aisle Boutique will give you a shipping address to send the item back. You are responsible for shipping the item, and all shipping costs incurred. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note: Customers have 3 business days from when the return was accepted to drop items off at the post office. Items not dropped off within 3 business days will not get a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want to provide our customers with the best experience!


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or jewelry.

ITEMS PURCHASED AT MARKET/POP-UP EVENTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received your return request, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Remember, you are responsible for shipping and shipping costs. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
